If there was any uncertainty about the place she stands on U.S. marijuana prohibition, Vice President Kamala Harris cleared the air by declaring that MJ needs to be federally legalized.
It was Harris’ first public stance on the difficulty since she turned the Democratic Celebration’s option to run for the presidency towards Republican nominee Donald Trump.
